Louise A. Walker is Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of First Northern Bank, where she has been employed since 1979. During her career, she has held a variety of positions including head of the Operations and Data Processing Departments. In 1990, Louise was promoted to the position of Vice President/Cashier, and then was elevated to Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer in 1997.

Since becoming Chief Financial Officer of the Bank, she has been responsible for the Bank’s financial operating results. Louise advises management on financial control and profitability and is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s investment portfolio. She also interprets the major financial reports for senior management, directors, shareholders and government agencies and directs preparation of all financial reporting such as accounting, budgeting, taxes and regulatory reports. Louise oversees the Bank’s Operations, Human Resources and Information Services Departments, and chairs the Bank’s Asset/Liability Management Committee.

Louise is a member and past-president of Soroptimist International of Dixon, treasurer for the Dixon Community Education Foundation, and treasurer of Dixon Dragons Youth Basketball, Inc. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College of California.
