John M. Carbahal is a Certified Public Accountant and since 1984 has been a principal and shareholder of Carbahal & Company, Inc., an Accountancy Corporation. Mr. Carbahal is Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Bank’s Audit Committee. He also serves as a member of both the Asset Management and Trust, and Management/Governance Committees.
